Don't Limit Your Challenges, Challenge Your Limits

OKAY! It's that time of the year again. It's time for the 30 Day Fitness Challenge.

A few of us have already done it last year and alycat and I thought it would be a good idea to start the new year off with some exercises...which totally sounds as we would do it all the time and are total fitness gurus LOL Well, we're not. Well, at least, I'm not a fitness guru, I can't speak for Aly. As far as I know, maybe she jumps out of bed at 4am every morning, running around the block.

Aly and I will do the 30 Day Abs Challenge. Vids to explain how every exercise works can be found on the site. (Though I have to give some thoughts to the 'Leg Raises'. Lifting both legs like that without being able to stabilize your back will do more bad than good.)

But they have plenty of other challenges on that site too. All build up for 30 Days.

Leg Challenges
Strength Challenges

Just choose the one you want to do and you're all set up. We will have regular check-ins to see how everyone is doing and to cheer each other on :)

We want to start on Mondy, the 4th.

So far on board are sleepypercy, trendykitty, ashtraythief, souslelys and alexisjane (who already said she won't be doing the abs challenge, but feel free to choose something else :D).
