Most of you are doing the Abs Challenge. Here are vids for each exercise.

Attention: This is important. Play special attention to what she says at second 45. Your lower back is NOT supposed to leave the floor. When you lower your legs and you feel your lower back leave the floor? STOP. Another sign will probably be that your abdominal muscles will shake like crazy. This will be YOUR position. Just lower your legs to this position everytime, not lower. Maybe you'll not even be able to get half-way to the floor with your legs, but that doesn't matter. Still problems? Tell me, and we find a solution.

As for the ones doing other challenges...AND NO souslelys and saltandburnboys, this does NOT include exercising on Jensen!...anyway, as for the others. If you have any questions, shoot.

WE START TOMORROW (MONDAY, THE 4TH)!!!

Check ins every 5 days, give or take.

AND THE MUSCLES ARE SUPPOSED TO BURN. DON'T GIVE UP!
